so, permasin eats up alot of energy, what should use to have the maximum energy without using too much regen?

I use 4 Runes of Attunement (5th Rune slot should be for a Rune of Superior Shadow Arts) and 5 Radiant Insignia's. There are alot of good weapons w. or w/o off hands you can use. Personally I use this

With a nice Asura rank too you can have very nice energy in the Tarnished Coast too.

A large energy pool doesn't help you much with the issue you're having.

Having 30, 50 or even 1000 more energy will NOT make U stop running out of energy, instead, you'll just run out slower.

What U need it skill that cause ENERGY REGENERATION.

As for Permasin:

Lightbringer's signet in some area's, air of superiourity (+5 energy), or even use dagger attacks such as lotus strike and falling lotus strike

Natural energy pool + staff is enough for perma combo.

If you want energy, i suggest zealous scythe; it can refill your energy pool quite fast. But you do not really need even that, you can get by by using GoLE for your sliver/ebsoh combo.

For A/E bring Glyph of Lesser Energy and the atunement of the element you're using

for A/Me, try Channeling and Auspicious Incantation

For both, all Radiant Insignia, runes of attunement.

I currently have 61 energy. I'm using a staff with +20 energy, 5 Radiant Insignias, and 4 runes of attunement. I also take Zealous Daggers and switch to them between casting to get my energy back up.

The zeleous scythe you will find is what a lot of perma sins use now - have staff , zel scythe and zel daggers ( both enchanting if possible ) and check the foes skills first.Ive goofed a few times by attacking wrong foes and taking dmg etc.

The scythe plus 3 foes means +3 nrg per attack if their balled up - even works on raptors , just switch to staff if you need the nrg fast for casting then switch bk.
Easy as problem is solved - only use daggers if 1 foe is left an thats it.

zealous daggers or scythe to attack nearby foes while not casting spells. daggers when only a single target. scythe when there is multiple targets balled together. this is not a feasible solution though if ur doing a run.

Full Set of Radiant Insignias (5)
Attunement runes to fill unused Rune slots (up to 4 if all you use is a Sup Shadow Arts)
+20e/20% enchant staff for casting
Zealous/+5e/20% enchant Scythe to attack multiple enemies between casts
Zealous/+5e/20% enchant Daggers to attack single enemies between casts

Practice until you can do it in your sleep is all that I can really add to this, lol.

If it's for UWSC>I play (with a conset) with 69 energy.It's enough I think,but depends of area.
If it's for solo farming without cons,55 is enough.
